Refund Policy 

Club Evans RSL will refund any ticket purchases in the event of the following circumstances;

a) In the event that the show is cancelled by the Artist or the venue. On the rare occasion that a show is cancelled or postponed, Club Evans RSL will notify Members, Guests and bona fide visitors through the following means; SMS or an Email and In-house promotional material and Website. All refunds will be returned within 7 to 10 working days using the same format as the purchase was originally made (i.e. credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card)

b) In the event that the show is postponed by the Artist or the venue In certain circumstances, Club Evans RSL may offer a full refund on a case to case basis. Please contact the club 24 hours prior to the shows commencement to arrange a full refund.

c) If you have purchased tickets and due to unforeseen circumstances cannot make it, Club Evans RSL will refund your money in full if you contact the Club and cancel 4-5 days before the scheduled event.
